ITW Deltar is respected in the industry for its ability to develop new fastener products using inhouse Product Development facilities. Among the resources available are NX and Catia CAD systems, sophisticated force testing, validation, environmental chamber and metrology equipment (Optical measuring machine and CMM).

We can also provide testing services for your products.

• Our computer controlled environmental chamber can test from -40°C to 170°C with humidity controlled within 2%.
• We have two bench-top and one hand held force testing devices
• Our optical measuring machine can measure parts up to 200 x 200mm in size with an accuracy of 0.01mm

Prototype parts can be moulded in short run tooling with the actual intended production material, to provide a true validation of design concepts.
